• Travel Date, Scheduled Departure Time & Flight Number: When booking Calicut International Airport (CCJ) pick-ups, your flight number enables our team to monitor actual touch-down times on FlightRadar24 to prevent waiting charges.

3. Absolute Guarantee of Non-Sale and Confidentiality

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, monetise, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party advertisers, data aggregators, commercial brokers, or marketing syndicates under any circumstances.

Your travel information is shared exclusively between our central 24/7 booking office in Manassery, Mukkam, and the assigned experienced driver conducting your specific journey.

4. Operational Communications via WhatsApp & Voice Calling

By submitting your travel inquiry through our online booking forms, call-to-action buttons, or official WhatsApp links, you give express consent to receive direct operational communications regarding your booking (including vehicle assignments, tariff breakdown, and driver phone numbers) via WhatsApp, SMS, or direct telephone calls from our booking desk.

5. Statutory Driver & Journey Log Records

Under Section 74 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and Kerala State Police tourist taxi security regulations, trip sheets documenting passenger contact information, vehicle permit numbers, starting odometer reading, and journey route are maintained inside commercial tourist vehicles for statutory inspection by Motor Vehicle Inspectors (MVD) or law enforcement officials.

6. Data Storage, Retention & Customer Deletion Rights

Electronic booking inquiries received via web forms or direct messages are retained securely on password-protected internal systems solely for accounting, tax compliance under GST/Income Tax laws, and repeat-booking service quality.
