1. Cancellation Notice Windows & Refund Schedule
We understand that family plans, flight tickets, and business travel can change suddenly. Our cancellation rules are structured clearly:
- More than 12 Hours Before Pickup: 100% full refund of any advance token deposit with zero administrative deduction.
- 4 to 12 Hours Before Pickup: Reschedule your trip to any alternative date within 90 days at ZERO penalty, or receive an 85% refund of the advance token.
- Less than 4 Hours Before Pickup / After Cab Has Left Garage: If cancellation occurs after the vehicle has already been dispatched from our Manassery depot toward your pickup point, a flat dead-mileage fuel allowance (₹500 for Sedans, ₹700 for Innova Crysta) will be deducted to compensate the driver; all remaining advance token amounts are refunded immediately within 24 hours.
- No-Show Without Notice: Token advance is retained to compensate the assigned driver for reserved time and locked vehicle availability.
2. Refund Settlement Timelines & Modes
All approved refund requests are processed promptly: refunds are initiated within 24 hours via direct UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or direct IMPS/NEFT bank transfer. Krishna Tours and Travels provides a digital UTR confirmation receipt via WhatsApp as proof of settlement.
3. Breakdown & Alternative Vehicle Guarantee
In the exceedingly rare occurrence of an en-route mechanical breakdown, tyre puncture, or technical fault, Krishna Tours and Travels guarantees the immediate arrangement of an equivalent or upgraded backup commercial tourist cab from our Malabar partner network within 30 to 45 minutes at zero extra charge to the customer.
